Our group selected a reading lesson from the Mobile County Public School Curriculum based on reading concepts. The Smart Board lesson was targeted towards the 4 elements of a story: Setting, Characters, Plot, Problem/Solution.
For the lesson we use The Berenstain Bears "Trouble with Pets" by Jan & Stan Berenstain.
